Shipping policy

We deliver across Pakistan with trusted courier partners to ensure your order reaches you safely and on time.

Shipping Options

• Standard Shipping (Free):
  Delivery in 4–6 working days via Trax, Rider, or PostEx (tracked).

• Express Shipping:
  Delivery in 1–3 working days via TCS Express.
  Charges vary based on location and will be shown at checkout.

Order Processing

• Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 working days after confirmation.

• You will receive a tracking number once your order is shipped.

Shipping Origin

All orders are shipped from our Karachi warehouse (Sharfabad).

Failed Deliveries

If a delivery fails due to:

• Incorrect or incomplete address

• Unavailable or unresponsive recipient

• Refusal to accept the parcel

The order will be returned to us. Re-shipping can be arranged at the customer’s expense.
