At Breza, customer satisfaction is our top priority. Please read our return and exchange policy carefully before placing your order.

Exchange Policy

  • We offer exchange only in the case of damaged or defective items.

  • Requests for exchange must be made within 15 days of receiving your order.

  • To be eligible, the item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags intact.

  • Please include photo proof of the damage when requesting an exchange.

Sale Items

  • All items purchased on sale or during promotions are final.
    No return or exchange will be accepted for sale items under any circumstances.

Return & Refund

  • We do not accept returns for reasons including size, change of mind, or dislike of the product.

  • Refunds are not issued. Only exchanges for damaged products are allowed as stated above.
